The Role

Our Creative Director will be the driving force behind winning agency-defining clients and projects. Working closely with our Strategy Director, you will lead our biggest pitches, ensuring Seed remains culturally relevant while pushing creative boundaries.

You’ll work across all departments, from Student, Brand Experience to Content. This is an incredible opportunity to define and elevate the agency’s creative capacity while working on global campaigns.

Although based at Seed, you will have access into Amplify’s Global Creative Studio—gaining guidance and shared perspectives from some of the best creatives in the industry.

About you

  • Be a creative leader across pitches, projects and campaign delivery

  • You are a hybrid creative, showing proficiency across a range of creative mediums from brand experience, content and social campaigns - to shape and inform your creative delivery.

  • Be culturally grounded to inform your thinking and inspiration, helping you articulate ideas that will meaningfully engage with culture

  • Grow and nurture a junior creative team and have leadership skills to drive the quality of Seed creative to award winning levels

  • An Expert across multiple creative disciplines, including art direction, creative writing, and content.

  • Develop ideas that connect strategy to creative, ensuring clear, sellable narratives.

  • Demonstrate how concepts can be activated across multiple channels effectively.

  • Balance creative ambition with budget, sustainability, and feasibility.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, inspiring and mentoring the creative team.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of youth culture, emerging trends, and industry shifts.

Day to Day

  • Unpack briefs with Strategy & Business Directors to generate impactful, insight-led ideas.

  • Lead pitch work—craft compelling decks with strong storytelling, innovative ideas, visuals, and copy.

  • Mentor junior creatives. Provide constructive feedback, nurture talent, and develop their skills.

  • Oversee and manage freelance contractors (Creatives, 2D & 3D). Ensure seamless execution and alignment with creative vision.

  • Ensure creative alignment. Clearly articulate ideas and processes for both internal teams and clients.

  • Drive projects from pitch to execution. Oversee creative rollout and final delivery.

  • Collaborate across all departments. Work closely with account management, production, and strategy.

  • Stay plugged into youth culture. Keep campaigns fresh, relevant, and engaging.

  • Manage multiple projects effectively. Maintain high-quality output under tight deadlines.

  • Ensure ideas are activation-ready. Show how concepts translate across multiple channels.
