Seed is a new generation agency, rooted in youth culture and built around the audiences we create for. We connect brands with hard-to-reach audiences through culturally relevant and commercially impactful campaigns. Our work comes to life through brand experiences, creator collaborations, content, and community engagement.

Female-founded and launched with the UK’s first student-only music festival, Seed emerged from the heart of youth culture. Since 2002, we've continued to keep youth culture at our core. We help brands understand, influence, and connect with students, Gen Z, and youth communities through activities on campus, in cultural spaces, and beyond.

Since Seed's inception, we've kept youth culture and community at the core of everything we do, resulting in an extensive global youth community that keeps us tapped in through regular conversation and co-creation.

At Seed, we believe in working with our audience, not just for them. Whether it’s creative collaboration, stress-testing concepts, or activating in partnership, we invite the audience and the creators who inspire them to become part of every idea. We give Gen Z the power to express what they want and what matters to them, building campaigns that resonate with their community.

Seed is made up of a unique group of people drawing skillsets from a broad range of life and work experiences. We are on a shared mission to create audience-first and culturally relevant campaigns and have built our agency around the people we create for, with 50% of our team under 26.

We are proud to be a platform and stepping stone for young people getting into our industry. We provide a number of internships each year and those people form part of our strong and vibrant team.
