The lululemon Lounge
Challenge
Lululemon enjoys strong loyalty from existing customers due to its product quality. However, it struggles to attract a younger audience because of high entry barriers. Our goal was to acquire and engage youth audiences, expanding Lululemon's reach and customer base.
Solution
We partnered with British Summer Time and Wilderness festival to reach new potential customers. By offering product giveaways in the lulu lockers to those who signed up for the mailing list and incorporating free yoga sessions into the programming, we were able to create meaningful interactions while successfully expanding their customer base.
