Challenge + Idea
2020 was a tough year for students - we wanted to put a smile on their face and give them a much needed pick me up (with the help of Snoop D-O double G)
To support 1st year students having a tough time in halls during lockdown, we created a reactive campaign, teaming up with Just Eat & McDonald’s to gift care packages to students in the toughest lockdown cities..
The care packages contained Just Eat credit and a few other pick me ups to help students through this tough time!
In order to ensure mass awareness of the activity amongst 1st year students, we engaged hyper relevant Student Micro Influencers within our target universities to promote and amplify the activity.
Solution
Taking the best content, we further amplified the campaign via paid social adverts to extend the online student reach throughout the weekend to drive footfall to store.
