Eligibility

The ‘Adobe Peel & Reveal Prize Draw’ (the “Promotion”) is open to all students currently studying at a higher education institution in the UK (a “Participant”) providing that each Participant meets the following requirements:

• is a resident of the United Kingdom;

• is aged 18 years or older

Participants will not be eligible to participate in the Promotion if they are (a) connected in a professional capacity with the Promotion and/or if any of their immediate family members are so connected or (b) if they are employees and/or contractors of Adobe and its affiliates or of the Prize Provider.

Participation in the Promotion is subject to and implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Prize Provider reserves the right to refuse participation in the Promotion to a Participant that has not complied with these terms and conditions has tampered with the operation of the Promotion or has engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Adobe, the Prize Provider, the Promotion, or any other entrant.

Opening/Closing Date & Time

The Promotion opens at 00:01 GMT on 28th March 2023 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31st May 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize

A total of 5 prizes are available to claim across the United Kingdom collectively. These items can only be claimed upon successful completion of the participation steps and achievement of the “winning peel and reveal”. Each winner will win one of the 5 prizes available to (UK winner only) (a “Prize”). Each Prize will be awarded under the Promotion on a randomised basis.

Prize items are:

• 1 x £200 voucher
• 1 x £100 voucher
• 1 x £50 voucher
• 1x £25 voucher
• 1 x £25 voucher

The Prize may not be transferred or substituted, except that the Prize Provider may, at their sole discretion, substitute any Prize allocated with a prize of equal or greater value. Any unclaimed Prize remains the property of the Prize Provider. The Prize Provider will not be responsible for any Prizes that are lost in transit.

How to participate

To participate in the Promotion, each Participant must, within the Promotion Period:

• Receive an Adobe Peel & Reveal from an official Digital Edge Ambassador for Adobe or Creative Campus Ambassador for Adobe
• Peel to reveal one of five “winning peel and reveal[s]” to win. “Winning peel and reveal” can be found under the peelable surface.

Each winning Participant must keep the winning card and complete the QR linked form for validation. Each winning participant must provide a valid student e-mail address for the Prize Provider to fulfil the prize as agreed.

The Prize Provider will only accept entries that are completed and submitted in the format set out above. Only one entry per person.

All entries, and materials submitted to the Prize Provider in connection with the Promotion (collectively, “Entry Materials”), along with all associated copyright and other proprietary rights, except as reserved by relevant third parties, will become the property of the Prize Provider upon submission, and any Entry Materials will not be returned to any entrant.

Entrants agree to take any further action reasonably requested by the Prize Provider to effect, perfect, or confirm the Prize Provider's ownership in the Entry Materials and any associated proprietary rights.

Winner Selection

Prize winners will be selected upon successful presentation of their winning peel and reveal ticket during the promotional period. The only accepted “winning peel and reveal” will be a reveal that clearly shows confirmation of winning the set amount under the peelable surface. Winners of Prizes will need to keep the winning card and complete the QR linked form for validation with evidence of their winning scratchcard ticket and keep this for evidence of winning the prize. The winning participant will be contacted by the Prize Provider upon successful validation of the winning ticket to collect an e-mail address to send the Prize to. Prize winners will have 7 days following contact from the Prize Provider to claim their Prize. Failure to claim their Prize within 7 days may result in the Prize winner forfeiting the Prize entirely. The Prize Provider will fulfil the Prize within 28 working days of receipt of the Prize winner claiming the Prize.

In the event of any dispute, all submitted entries will be checked by the Prize Provider to ensure that all Adobe Peel & Reveal Prize Draw competition entries are valid and complete. You understand that you are providing your information to the Prize Provider By participating in Promotion, Participants consent to giving their details to the Prize Provider for the purposes of contacting them in the event that they are winners and for the purposes of issuing the Prize. By accepting a Prize, Participants consent to the use of their names, counties of residence, likeness or Prize information for promotional and other reasonable purposes without further payment, except where prohibited by law. Winners may be required to participate in the Prize Provider's reasonable marketing and promotional activities. By participating in the Promotion Participants consent to participate in such activities in the event that they are winners.

This process is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Non-winners will not be notified. The surname of the winner[s] and their county of residence will be provided on receipt of a written request sent to hello@seedmarketingagency.com within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period.

If Participants submit any material, including but not limited to photographs, videos or testimonials, to the Prize Provider for use or publication in connection with the Prize Provider’s reasonable marketing and promotional activities, including but not limited to the Prize Provider’s official social media activities, Participants waive any right to inspect or approve the activities and release and discharge the Prize Provider from any claims or liability relating to the Prize Provider’s reasonable use of such material.

Waiver of Liability: Seed will not be responsible or liable for: (i) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or other conditions beyond their reasonable control; (ii) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (iii) any disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond their reasonable control; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
5. General Release: By participating in the Promotion you release Seed and its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agencies, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize, except as prohibited by law.
6. Amendment: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seed reserves the right to change these rules or cancel the Promotion at any time, in its sole discretion.
